So You're Exhibiting in Nashville...

Wake up at 7:00am, get your badge by 8:00am, grab a pastry and coffee, opening keynote, breakouts, exhibit hall, lunch panel discussion, breakouts, exhibit hall, closing session… Conferences have a formula because the system works.  But is “because it works” good enough?

Maximizing impact isn’t synonymous with cutting edge AV or upgrading the boxed lunch by $3 per person. Investing in intimate, off-site events fosters personal connections and lasting impressions. Individualized engagements yields not only long-term customers, but brand champions. You don’t have to spend $1M to impress your target audience, but go beyond the norm and unveil the unexpected. The experience will get your customers talking about the brand and make them wonder how you will raise the bar the following year. Trust us, they won’t want to miss out when next year rolls around.

Here are a few of our ideas for Nashville exhibitor events to get your wheels turning:

For the food and beverage junky:  Showcase Nashville’s culinary and craft scenes with a food pairing event, featuring local beer or whisky alongside bite size eats from top restaurants.  Our favorite spots are Tennessee Brew Works and Corsair Distillery.

For the grown up gamer:  Enjoy some healthy competition at Pinewood Social!  The downtown hot spot offers vintage bowling lanes, bocce ball and private karaoke.  Their delicious libations might even the playing field.

For the fashion follower:  Get spiffy and indulge in the luxe food and cocktails at Sinema.  Create a branded black and white silent film to project onto the wall throughout the evening.  Don’t forgot to snap a #SinemaSelfie in the women’s restroom!

For the musically inclined:  Share the spotlight with Music City’s legends and record original songs in a Music Row studio!  Raise the stakes by breaking into teams and determining words that must be in each song.  The winning team may take home extra pride, but both teams will leave with a copy of their new demo in hand.
