“Waterfront” might not be a word you expect in a description of land-locked Nashville's venues, but The Bridge Building is a welcome exception. The Bridge Building is perched on the East bank of the Cumberland River, easily accessible for pedestrians and drivers from Broadway, the Music City Center and the under-construction Riverfront Amphitheater. Here is what sets the space apart from other Nashville event venues from the perspectives of A&M Events and Bridge Building sales and marketing manager, Lindsay Rothrock:
Platinum LEED Certified
A&M: The owners and managers behind event venues in Nashville are thorough and forward-thinking, but few pursue the top Platinum LEED Certification like The Bridge Building. From companies to couples, environmental enthusiasts can align their brands and themselves with the green goals of the sustainable venue.
LR: We were able to take a historic building dating back to 1908 and transform it into a Platinum LEED Certified modern event space with exposed beams, floor to ceiling windows, 2 patios and a rooftop overlooking downtown Nashville.
The Downtown View & Accessibility
A&M Events: When most clients think of a great Nashville view, they envision a venue encircled by downtown towers. The Bridge Building offers a panoramic view from across the river without feeling cramped or overcrowded.
Lindsay Rothrock of Infinity Restaurant Group: Our stunning views of the downtown Nashville skyline, Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge and Cumberland River really set The Bridge Building apart.
Flexible Space, Menu & Everything in Between
A&M: The space works as well for corporate events as it does for weddings. The facade toes the line between being a blank canvas and a space with a defined vibe.
LR: With the variety of spaces available at The Bridge Building Event Spaces we are able to host intimate dinners for 40, wedding ceremonies for 150, cocktail receptions for 300, trade shows for 1,000 and everything in between. When clients walk in the room at the start of the event, they are surprised at how different the space looks once our staff and event specialists have set everything up.
Streamlined Planning & Execution
A&M: From tables and chairs to catering and AV, the venue coordinators simplify the planning process and execution. Their continual experience in the venue combines flawlessly with their creativity, yielding personalized events with the Infinity Restaurant Group’s flair.
LR: Once clients book with us, they begin working with one of our event specialists who will help them integrate their personality into every aspect of the event including a custom catering menu and bar, state of the art lighting and sound, tailored décor, floor plans and more. We have been having a lot of fun lately with custom menus! While our current catering menu is quite extensive, our Executive Chef Tabor Luckey really enjoys playing with new ingredients and combinations to create the perfect spread.
Expanding Their Mark
A&M: As Nashville continues to boom, the demand for exceptional event spaces increases exponentially. We’re always glad to see proven, reputable companies like Infinity Restaurant Group behind new and upcoming projects.
LR: We recently completed construction on The Bell Tower in November of 2014, our newest venue in downtown Nashville, and are working with Cumberland Hospitality Group to renovate and reopen 12th & Porter this May.
